About Brooke Wolf, RN, MSN, FNP-C​​

Brooke is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Family Practice Center in September 2022. Originally from Athens, Georgia, she received a BS in Nursing from Augusta University. Prior to joining Family Practice Center, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the cardiothoracic step-down unit at Piedmont Athens Regional. Brooke returned to graduate school to earn her Master’s in Nursing from University of Cincinnati. She has previously worked as an urgent care provider. In her free time, Brooke enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, friends, and dog, as well as exercising.

Brooke is seeing patients at our Atlanta location.
