Prescription Refill Policy

Unless otherwise directed by your most recent provider, maintenance medications such as medications for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and thyroid will be approved if patient has had an office visit within the last 3 months. You may only receive a 30-day prescription refill if you are close to being due for an office visit.

Controlled substances such as ADD/ADHD, antianxiety, and sleep medications will require a mandatory visit every three (3) months unless otherwise directed by your provider.

Antibiotics will not be called in as an office visit is required.

Refills will be processed within two (2) business days (no weekend or holidays) of receipt of the request. Refill requests received on Fridays will be processed the following week and will be completed by Tuesday.
