Welcome back to our Family Medicine Provider of the Month blog series, where we shine a spotlight on some of the incredible family medicine physicians here at Family Practice Center. It’s important to us that our patients feel like they can not only trust and depend on our healthcare providers, but that they feel truly familiar and comfortable with the people providing them care. This month, we are proud to present Dr. Grace Koehler as our Family Medicine Provider of the Month for June.
Dr. Grace Koehler is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who joined our practice in 2024. Originally born locally here in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, Dr. Koehler attended Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, CA, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then went on to receive her MD from The University of Queensland Faculty of Medicine in Australia. After traveling for school, Dr. Koehler returned home to complete her 3-year residency in Family Medicine at Northside Hospital here in Atlanta. In addition to being a board-certified physician, Dr. Koehler is an active member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Koehler’s vast experience in Family Medicine includes providing internal medicine, women’s healthcare services, regular wellness visits, and more. She strives to build and maintain relationships with her patients over time, and help guide each patient to the personalized healthcare plan best suited for their specific needs. When she’s not in the office helping our patients, Dr. Koehler loves playing sports like volleyball and basketball (she played collegiately at Pepperdine), in addition to walking her aussiedoodle and traveling with her husband.
