Call any of our Georgia locations or request your appointment online. Our staff will verify your insurance and help you understand which preventive services are covered at no cost under your plan.
Step 2 Complete Your Evaluation
Your provider will perform a thorough physical exam, review your medical history, and discuss any changes in your health since your last visit. This is the time to bring up any concerns, from a new skin mark to changes in energy or sleep.
Step 3 Review Results and Next Steps
After your exam, your provider will discuss findings, order any recommended lab work or screenings, and outline a plan to support your health goals for the coming year. We call with all results and schedule follow-ups if needed.

A complete physical wellness exam typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your health history and any additional screenings needed. We encourage patients to allow enough time for a thorough evaluation.
Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurance plans cover one annual wellness visit at no cost. However, additional diagnostic tests or treatment of specific conditions may not be fully covered. We verify your coverage before your appointment to help avoid unexpected costs.
We offer same-day appointments, daily walk-in availability from 7:30 to 8:30 AM, and telemedicine visits so you can address new or urgent concerns without waiting for your next annual exam.
No. Urgent care centers are not permitted to perform the preventive health exams and comprehensive screenings that we provide during a complete physical. Annual physicals offer a level of care and continuity that a one-time urgent care visit cannot match.
