Dr. Rajiv Tejura is an awardwinning, BoardCertified Family Medicine Physician recognized for his leadership, clinical expertise, and longstanding service to the Atlanta community. He joined the Family Practice Center in May 2026, bringing more than a decade of high-level experience as both Medical Director and Attending Physician across premier private nd outpatient practices in the northwest and northeast Atlanta suburbs.
A threetime Top Doctor in Family Practice honoree (2023, 2024, 2025) by GATopDocs, Dr. Tejura is widely regarded for his excellence in patient care, diagnostic skill, and commitment to evidencebased medicine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and American Medical Association (AMA).
