Rachel is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Family Practice Center in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Georgia. After developing a passion for healthcare, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing of Mercer University in 2012. She began her nursing career working as a nurse at Emory Johns Creek Hospital – first in the Emergency Department and then in the Same Day Surgery Department providing pre- and post-op care to a variety of surgical patients. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2020, she began working as a nurse practitioner in a neuropathy clinic.
Although she covers all areas of family practice, her special interests include preventative medicine, neurological conditions, mental health, and women’s health.
