She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training on Long Island, New York.
Before relocating to the Milton/Alpharetta area with her husband and two young children, Dr. Sterling built a thriving medical practice in the Hamptons on Long Island, where she cared for patients of all ages with dedication and warmth.
Dr. Sterling integrates lifestyle medicine into every aspect of her care, with a strong focus on nutrition, herbal and botanical medicine, muscle-centric approaches, obesity medicine, and women’s health. She believes in treating the whole person — listening deeply, understanding your unique story, and partnering with you to create practical, personalized plans that support lasting health and vitality.
Whether you’re looking for preventive care, help managing chronic conditions, women’s health support, or guidance on nutrition and wellness, Dr. Sterling is known for her calm presence, clear communication, and genuine commitment to helping her patients feel heard and supported.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Sterling enjoys painting, sketching, playing piano, writing poetry, and theatre. She brings that same creative and heartfelt energy to her practice.
Dr. Sterling is currently accepting new patients at our Alpharetta and Cumming locations. She looks forward to becoming a trusted partner in your health journey and your family’s well-being.
