Same Day Appointments, Walk-ins welcome!
Making an appointment with Family Practice Center, PC, is easy. Appointments are preferred to eliminate waiting, but walk-ins will be accommodated. We are open on some, but not all, Saturdays, so call our office in advance for availability. We have male and female providers available for physicals and medical visits.
Office Hours
Family Practice Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Scheduling & Appointments
We welcome same-day appointments and walk-in patients whenever possible. To schedule your visit, call our main line at 404.256.1727. Our scheduling team will verify your insurance, answer any questions about your upcoming visit, and find an appointment time that works for your schedule, often as soon as today.
New Patient Paperwork
New patients can complete their registration paperwork before their first appointment to help make the check-in process quicker and more convenient. Once completed, forms can be submitted to our office for review prior to your visit. If you have any questions while completing the paperwork, our team is happy to assist you.

Requesting Medical Records
Patients can request medical records be transferred to or from Family Practice Center (FPC) by completing the appropriate records request form. Completed forms can be emailed to medicalrecords@familypracticecenterpc.com, and our team will follow up within a few business days.
