Dr. Christina Sanchez is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life. She earned her medical degree from the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine and completed her residency training at the Long Beach Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Sanchez believes in meeting patients where they are, taking the time to listen carefully, understand their unique circumstances, and partner with them to achieve their health goals. Her warm and empathetic approach fosters trusting relationships and empowers patients to take an active role in their health and well-being. Her clinical interests include lifestyle medicine, prevention and improvement of chronic disease, weight management, women’s health, and mental health. She is passionate about helping patients make sustainable changes that improve both their health and quality of life.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Sanchez enjoys practicing yoga, skiing, and traveling. She is excited to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families at our new family medicine practice in Woodstock and is currently welcoming new patients.

That depends on your health history and current needs. Some patients come in for annual preventive care, while others benefit from more regular follow-up visits throughout the year.
Under the Affordable Care Act, most insurance plans cover one annual wellness visit at no cost. However, additional diagnostic tests or treatment of specific conditions may not be fully covered. We verify your coverage before your appointment to help avoid unexpected costs.
Yes. We have both male and female providers available, and you are welcome to request a female provider when scheduling your appointment. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your care.
