For anyone who has been keeping up with our practice in recent years, it’s no secret that we have been rapidly expanding, adding many new practice locations and family medicine providers over this time. Today, we’re thrilled to announce more growth with our two newest Family Practice Center locations in Braselton and Buford, GA! Continue reading for all the details!

Our Family Practice Center Braselton office will be located at:

Braselton, GA 30517

Our Family Practice Center Buford office will be located at:

2800 Buford Drive, Suite 110
Buford, GA 30519

New providers joining our practice to help serve patients at these new locations include board-certified Family Nurse Practitioners Christian Gibbs (Buford) and Kelly Pierannunzi (Braselton). We’re honored to welcome them to a staff that already boasted more Top Doctors than any other family practice in the city.

New and existing patients can expect the same top-level care and full selection of family medicine services at both of our new locations. This includes flu shots, which are now available as of September 2024, as well as performing annual wellness exams and other preventive medicine services, women’s health services, weight management services, and so much more. We also work to make every patient’s visit as convenient as possible by offering in-house diagnostic testing and our waiting room concierge service. We couldn’t be more excited to introduce our highly-rated and beloved style of family medicine to the Buford and Braselton areas.

This is another fantastic step for our practice towards our goal of reaching the widest group of patients that we can.
