Dr. Ernestina French is a board-certified family medicine physician who joined Family Practice Center in August 2024. Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia, she completed her undergraduate and master’s education at Emory University. Dr. French then attended medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, the first medical school in the United States. She completed family medicine residency at Atrium Health (then Carolinas Medical Center) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. French is passionate about forming long-term relationships, working alongside her patients, and facilitating healthy lifestyle changes to prevent and combat chronic conditions.
Outside of clinical practice, she serves as president of the Ghana Physicians and Surgeons Foundation. In her spare time, Dr. French enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family.
